RAISING BILINGUAL KIDS

Hi you all !!  Today I want to talk you about how are we raising our girls bilingual and I want to start saying that for me it is too important my daughters speak specially Spanish because I feel it makes our relationship stronger and better if I communicate with my daughters in my native lenguaje. We know they are going to speak and understand English perfectly too so school, friends and family for sure around them will be speaking in English all the time.

The end of summer is coming and my little Sofi is going to preschool. Where did the time go? When did she go from being my little baby to a girl who goes to school ? Tessa birth story

I am happy to share the story of Tessa's birth, some of you know my pregnancy was fairly monitored and controlled by the risk of suffering pre-eclampsia again like my previous pregnancy, Sofi was premature and she was born at week 34 so my doctor said we would not take the risk with this baby and she programmed me for induction.

WE'RE PREGNANT !!! BABY #2

Having Sofi was not so easy for us, it took us some time, more than two years! We went through so many tests, negative pregnancy tests and ovulation medications, so we are expecting the same for our second baby!

The best trip I've made in my life was this one, celebrating Sofi's birthday in Disneyland was incredible, the time we spent together as a family was wonderful.

Taking pictures with toddlers and an awesome idea to print them

Some of you have asked me about the photos with Sofi and how I can get her to take the pictures! Actually it is not easy but not impossible, I try to be as spontaneous and natural as possible. I try to have a nice moment and try to capture the real thing. I do not like the poses so much for pictures with her, I like more the spontaneous and the natural photos.

Two recipes to do with toddlers

We made Christmas cookies today and I have to tell you something this was my first time making Christmas cookies. and you know what ? Sofi makes them definitely better than me, she is an artist 😂 I am so bad decorating cookies 😂😂 well this is one of the best activities I've done with Sofi. She was happy eating and making a mess with mommy.

Dear Santa !

I remember as a child making letters to Santa a couple of times and my husband did the same so we talked about how our letters were limited to being a list of gifts and we wanted to do something different for Sofi so making a special letter for Santa was a beautiful Christmas activity that you can make with your little ones too so here is an idea of how to make a easy and fun Letter to Santa with a toddler.
